From individual service contracts to preventive maintenance and restoration of the machine geometry, we offer our customers service straight from the expert. We know your machine down to the last detail!
In order to optimize your machine’s service life and to prevent unscheduled downtime, we offer customized service contracts. Our well-experienced service engineers also pay visits at short notice for maintenance or repairs – around the world.
Preventive Maintenance
A service engineer visits your facility at a fixed daily rate to perform the tasks as required.
Project duration:
- Customized to the machine, approximately 2-5 days
Scope of service:
- Testing of machine-specific electrical and mechanical functions
(Exchange of devices, functions of additional devices, etc.) - Control of the ball screw drives, compact guides, covers, etc.
- Inspection of the hydraulics (control of tightness and adjustment of pressures)
- Inspection of the lubrication systems and oil levels
- Oil exchange as required and according to lubrication chart
- Inspection of filters, cleaning and exchange as required
- Inspection of the tool clamping function
- Control of the function of peripheral systems (chip conveyor, coolant system, tool exchanger, etc.)
- Minor repairs where possible
Restoration of the Machine Geometry
A service engineer visits your facility to perform the tasks as required.
Project duration:
- Customized to the machine, approximately 3-10 days
Scope of service:
- Control of the machine geometry
- Control of the geometries of peripheral systems
- Restoration of the machine geometry according to your requirements
- Documentation of the geometric values achieved
- Handing over of the geometry protocols
- Establishing of machine zero
